Armstrong’s screwdrivers have a number of design features that maximize safety and strength. The handles have a unique oval shape with broad, shallow flutes on the side that conform to the hand, providing a smooth surface with no sharp edges. The chrome vanadium steel shafts are heat-treated to reduce tip wear, shank twisting and breakage. The tips have been blast-treated to protect against chrome peel and to provide a superior fit between the tip and the fastener.
