They can increase conveyor incline without damaging product or causing roll-back, thus maximizing floor space. The cleats can also accommodate special sorting needs. They can be used in food and sanitary applications and are made of FDA-approved PVC and rubber compounds. PVC cleats are attached by a heat weld or chemical bond process, while rubber cleats are attached by a hot vulcanized or chemical bond process.
