3M's Super 77 formula offers high tack, high coverage and fast drying for permanently attaching such things as foils, carpeting, lightweight paper, cardboard, felt and cloth to painted or unpainted metals, wood and hardboard. It bonds quickly (about 15 seconds), has low VOCs and doesn’t contain CFC. It securely bonds many lightweight materials, with a low soak-in for a long-lasting bond.
