Loctite’s “Extend” Rust Treatment is a one-step formulation that goes on white and converts rust to a durable, black, metal-protective coating in 10 minutes. Simply wirebrush parts and apply with a brush or spray, as a primer or a finish coat. Surface rust must be present for the product to bond with. The product dries in 30 minutes to the touch. It offers temperature resistance intermittently up to 250 deg F and continuously up to 200 deg F. QUART.
