Anvil's #104 pipe rings are recommended for suspension of non-insulated stationary pipe lines. Their labor-saving features in installation completely outweigh their slight additional cost. Their hanger may be installed prior to suspension of pipe. Their off-center hinge provides seating for pipe during installation and a wedge-type locking pin is inseparably cast into hinged section, for sizes 2-1/2 in and larger. The adjustable swivel ring is self-locking, prevents loosening due to vibration and maintains proper pitch of pipe. A wire retaining ring prevents separation of swivel shank from pipe ring before installation.
