It can be used by itself as a surface conditioner for badly weathered surfaces or mixed 50/50 with latex paint to create a long-lasting solid hide stain, While coverage will vary with the texture and porosity of the surface, you can generally use 20% less paint than if the paint or stain had been applied without Easy Mix E-B.
