SEPCO Tek-Pro Packing, #ML6225, Packing, 550 deg F, 1885 fpm Shaft, 3 to 12, Multi-Lok Braid Acrylic, Beige

Sepco’s Style ML6225 packing is made of a multi-lok braid, using a proprietary blend of non-asbestos Tek-Pro yarns treated with PTFE throughout the body of the packing. The PTFE suspensoid thoroughly impregnates, seals and fills all voids, providing better resistance to chemical attack. A light lubricant is applied under pressure to improve run-in properties. It is used for rotating and reciprocating pump and valve equipment, as well as mixers and agitators. This packing can be used in pulp and paper mill recovery pumps, chemical applications, caustic soda, and in general service chemical packing. It can handle shaft speeds up to 1885 FPM, temperatures up to 550 deg F (288 deg C), and pH ranges from 3 to 12.
