A silicon carbide liner provides up to a 50% longer life and weighs 40% less than a tungsten carbide liner. The polyurethane jacket and threads provides impact protection for the silicon carbide liner. This combination of materials produces a “featherweight” nozzle to reduce operator fatigue and increase production rates. The Blastmaster® Silicon Carbide All Poly Nozzle is offered in 1 in entry and 1-1/4 in wide-entry for increased production. Typical applications include blast rooms, blast yards, bridges, offshore platforms, oil refineries, pipelines, railcar shops, shipyards, storage tanks and water towers.
