Kuriyama’s high quality flexible PVC compounds are uniquely blended to resemble comparable rubber hose and still stay flexible at low temperatures. This multi-purpose hose is constructed of a silicone-free black PVC compound (with a yellow cover), reinforced with spiral polyester yarn and additional longitudinal yarns that reduce elongation under pressure. It is UV- and weather-resistant, and has a medium/high oil resistance, complying with RMA’s Class B designation. The service temperature range is from -15 to 150 deg F (-26 to 65 deg C).
This hose is ideal for in-plant hose supply color-coding applications, outdoor applications that require a low-temperature hose and general air supply for pneumatic tools and paint spray systems. It can be used to transfer air, water and mild water-soluble chemicals.
