Dixon’s Series I micro-fogging lubricators are identified by a red adjusting screw. They are ideal for applications containing one or more points of lubrication, cylinders and multiple or single tools. The air flow through the lubricator lifts oil from the reservoir to the sight-feed dome. The oil is then dropped into the fog generator and atomized into a fine mist. Lightweight particles are delivered downstream for lubrication. Heavier particles fall back into the reservoir. As a result, up to 25% of the oil drops visible through the transparent sight-feed dome are delivered. Inlet pressure is 150 psi. Reservoir is 7 oz. Note: Micro-fogging lubricators cannot be filled under pressure.
