Band-It's exclusive Tri-Lokt design is the answer for heavy-duty industrial hose applications, including single and double wire braid hose. The nipple should be used when a positive lock is required between the clamp and the nipple. The locking yoke or tie assembly, together with the Band-It clamp, accomodates a wide variety of wall thicknesses. Tri-Lokt nipples have an end knob for better holding strength. The unique yoke or tie strip clamps to the hose for a secure lock, and the end tabs provide an additional lock by bending back over the first clamp a second time. The nipples and accessories are available in plated carbon steel and type 316 stainless steel, and replacement yokes and strips are available.
