Merit Abrasives’ Mini Grind-O-Flex flap wheels deliver a smooth, polish-grind action on flat, contoured or intricate surfaces. They can be used with any project instead of wire brushes, rubber points, felt bobs or cartridge rolls – reducing your labor costs tremendously. They are recommended for grind-blending and polish-finishing of die work, machine burrs, casting flaws, spot welds and valve corrosion. The wheels come with a ¼” steel mandrel permanently mounted in an epoxy core.
