Douglas’s idlers are engineered for demanding CEMA-C applications with an interference fit between the shaft and the bearing for improved sealing, better stability and longer life. They have a triple polyurethane contact seal that prevents contamination and heavy, precision-ground, sealed-for-life ball bearings that offer an uninterrupted service life. These 20 deg DCT idlers are troughed idlers, with rollers of equal diameters and length. They meet or exceed CEMA standard No. 502-2004.
