Series 60 Conveyor Troughing Idler 35 degree, 4 inch, CEMA-B, 18 to 36 in, 604-2

Superior’s CEMA-B idlers are made with precision-ground lifetime-lubricated 17mm ball bearings that feature positive lip-contact Trash Guard seals. A specially design die-cast zinc nut, combined with a delrin seal, forms a deep groove labryinth seal arrangement to protect the bearings. A 17 mm solid shaft runs through both bearings for proper alignment and support. An external deflector seal has a close tolerance to the roll-end disc for additional bearing protection.
