Contitech's Tan Flextra hose is used for tank truck and in-plant service It can be used to convey non-oily abrasive materials such as sand, limestone, plastic pellets and dry abrasive food products, wherever static electricity is NOT a problem. The tube is made of Pureten gum rubber, the reinforcement of spiral plied synthetic fabric with wire helix, and the cover of Plioflex gum rubber. The temperature range is -40 to 180 deg F (-40 to 82 deg C).
