Simpson Strong-Tie’s Titen HD anchors are patented, high-strength screw anchors for concrete and masonry. Their self-undercutting, non-expansion characteristics make them the ideal anchor for structural applications, even at minimum-edge distances and under reduced spacing conditions. Their proprietary cutting teeth allow installation in one-eighth the time of traditional anchors, with significantly reduced installation torque. These zinc-plated anchors undercut the concrete to create a strong mechanical interlock over the entire length of the anchor.
