FASTENER STRIP R6-54|Flexco's SR Scalloped Edge fasteners feature a low profile that significantly reduces the fastener's exposure to cleaner blades, skirt rubber and return idlers. This extends the life of the splice by reducing wear and tear, which maximizes belt availability and keeps productivity on a roll. The fasteners are designed for rubber plied and PVC solid woven belting, and for worn belts unfit for vulcanized splices. The staggered rivet pattern provides maximum holding ability by allowing the rivets to pass between carcass fibers without damaging them.
