TIE OFF ADAPTER 3 FT.|Capital Safety’s 1003000 tie-off adapter has a pass-through design that makes attaching to anchorage quick and easy. It features a 1-3/4” polyester strength member (with 5,000 lb. minimum tensile strength), a 3” wide polyester wear pad for added abrasion resistance and product longevity, and coated steel hardware for corrosion resistance and strength. It meets or exceeds all applicable industry standards, including OSHA, ANSI and ANSI Z359.
