Standard Wing Pulleys (PULLEY WING W18-C32F MD)

PULLEY WING W18-C32F MD|Douglas's standard heavy-duty self-cleaning wing pulleys meet or exceed CEMA/ANSI specifications. They feature exclusive 3/4" solid steel round bars that help prevent wing-folding damage, protect the bottom belt cover from cuts and tears, and result in less belt vibration from smoother belt contact. The bars also increase service life, and wear twice as long as other flat bars or half-moon bars. A special self-cleaning angle is formed by gussets that discharge material away from the belt and pulley -- preventing material buildup as it protects the belt from damage via conveyed material. Crown face pulleys are furnished standard, but flat face pulleys are available upon request. The hubs and bushings are interchangable with QD styles. Optional design features include hot vulcanized pulley lagging, shafting, bearing assemblies, take-up systems, stainless steel construction, keyless locking assemblies or stabilizing rings.
