Standard Drum Pulleys (PULLEY DRUM STANDARD D18-C32F)

PULLEY DRUM STANDARD D18-C32F|Douglas's standard heavy-duty drum pulleys meet or exceed CEMA/ANSI specifications. They feature an exclusive one-piece rolled-in crown in all sizes -- this helps to ensure consistent, proper belt tracking, resulting in a stronger pulley with tighter tolerances. Each pulley is constructed with full depth welds with a reinforcing bar on the single longitudinal seam. Crown face pulleys are furnished standard, but flat face pulleys are available upon request. The hubs feature full depth welds on the inside and outside of the pulley end disk, which decreases the likelihood of end disk failure due to shaft deflection and shock loads. The hubs and bushings are interchangable with QD styles. Optional design features include hot vulcanized pulley lagging, shafting, bearing assemblies, take-up systems, stainless steel construction, keyless locking assemblies or machined face pulleys for close tolerance and better belt tracking.
