SKALPER IV BLADE ONLY 24"|ASGCO|ASGCO’s Skalper IV blade uses ASGCOthane, a special polymer designed to handle mechanical fasteners such as Flexco or Clipper. It is made with a single-piece flexible blade, with no segments that could trap materials and endanger the belt life. The blade is extremely abrasion resistant and very flexible, with high memory, and can be mounted in a variety of locations for maximum cleaning. Skalper IV has proven particularly successful in many applications, including coal, phosphate, fertilizer, aggregate, iron ore, taconite, silica sand, scrubber sludge, fly ash and many others.
