RATCHET TAP WRENCH 12-1/2 162R|General’s tap wrenches are designed to give the user the reach and leverage needed for accurate tapping, especially in tight spaces. They hold taps, reamers, screw extractors and hand-turned tools. The ratchet can be set for right- or left-hand operation or locked for non-ratchet use. Self-centering hardened tool steel jaws and knurled chuck sleeve provide positive grip on taps, reamers and small tools. A sliding T-handle is designed for fitting into tight spaces with operator leverage. The overall length is 4-1/4 inches (106 mm), and the tap capacity is No. 12 to ½ inch (6 to 12.5 mm).
