LAGGING RIM REPLACABLE 20 X 32|SET OF 4|Douglas's replaceable rim lagging fits all standard manufacturers' crown face drum pulleys. It comes in engineered pre-sized sets of 2 to 5 sections, eliminating layout and cutting, along with waste and scrap pieces. This also helps save up to 70% on labor, and since there are fewer sections, there are less welds and more belt-to-pulley contact. The easy-on/easy-off principle means that Douglas's lagging can be installed in the field without removing the pulley or the conveyor belt, greatly reducing downtime and pulley labor costs. In fact, if you order the lagging with a new pulley, Douglas will install it free of charge! The lagging is made with a heavy steel backing plate with a rolled-in crown and a "truck tire tough" diamond-grooved 1/2" SBR/natural rubber that revitalizes old pulleys and adds years of service life.
