PVC Belting (CRESCENT TOP BELT PVC 120)

CRESCENT TOP BELT PVC 120|Forbo’s PVC belting has an all-synthetic carcass encased within a PVC compound, creating a solid bond of high-performance belting. It is made from a unique solid woven fabric made of polyester filament yarns (or spun polyester staple yarns), coupled in a highly complex construction. Spun polyester staple face yarns protect the top and bottom faces of the carcass construction, and, when combined with high-performance PVC, form the working surface of the belt itself. The yarns used are much thicker than conventional yarns, so the belt resists tearing and bolt pullout better than any other conventional ply belt.
