In addition, the coating is resistant to chlorinated cleaning,  has good dough release properties, and is highly resistant to fats and oils. This "Calendered PUR-coating" is a smooth, even surface that is easily cleaned so there's little chance of bacteria hiding anywhere. Besides its food-friendly cover, the belt itselt is well-designed for longitudinal flexibility and lateral stability, is permanently antistatic, and very durable and flexible.
