CLEAT ECONO EC3 99580|Flexco’s Econo-Cleat Model EC mechanically-attached cleats allow belt fabricators to customize belts for your specific conveying needs. They can increase conveyor incline without damaging product or causing roll-back, thus maximizing floor space. The cleats can also accommodate special sorting needs. EC Cleats are designed for transporting light-to-medium weight bulk materials along steep inclines in applications such as grain handling, harvesting equipment, material handling or canned goods. Their shape gently carries the product without damaging either the product or the belt, so you can keep reusing the cleats long after the belt wears out. A unique curvature design on the conveying side reduces adhesion between the cleat and the product. The cleats are attached with flathead elevator bolts and 1” flat washers and hex nuts.
