CEMA-C Series 80 Troughed Belt Idlers (SUPERIOR IDLER)

SUPERIOR IDLER|Superior’s CEMA-C idlers are made with precision-ground lifetime-lubricated ¾-inch ball bearings that feature positive lip-contact Trash Guard seals. A specially design die-cast zinc nut, combined with a delrin seal, forms a deep triple labryinth seal arrangement to protect the bearings. A ¾-inch solid shaft runs through both bearings for proper alignment and support. An external deflector seal has a close tolerance to the roll-end disc for additional bearing protection.
