CEMA-C Return Belt Idlers (IDLERS RETURN 36")

IDLERS RETURN 36"|Mesco is known for making quality idlers at affordable prices. Their idlers meet or exceed CEMA-C standards and can be used in place of any idler assembly, without requiring special tools or excessive downtime. The frames are made of hot-dipped galvanized ¼”-thick steel, continuously welded for maximum durability. The offset frame helps the belt track better, reducing idler junction failure and making roll replacement easier.

The rolls themselves use high-grade precision deep-groove ball bearings, and are completely sealed, with no greasing required. The corners are reinforced and the end housings are flanged to ensure accurate concentric assembly. All of the rolls are lab-tested and field-proven, manufactured under ISO 9001 certification. They offer low running resistance (9 oz.), low breakaway mass (3-1/2 oz.) and low TIR (.020”). The tube wall thickness is maintained at the connection point, and the shaft is a full inch in diameter.
