CEMA-B Series 60 Troughed Belt Idlers, 5 in. Diameter (TROUGHING IDLER 35-DEG 24"BELT)

TROUGHING IDLER 35-DEG 24"BELT|Superior’s CEMA-B idlers are made with precision-ground lifetime-lubricated 17mm ball bearings that feature positive lip-contact Trash Guard seals. A specially design die-cast zinc nut, combined with a delrin seal, forms a deep groove labryinth seal arrangement to protect the bearings. A 17mm solid shaft runs through both bearings for proper alignment and support. An external deflector seal has a close tolerance to the roll-end disc for additional bearing protection. These particular idlers are 4 inches in diameter, with equal length rollers.
