Rema-Tech’s Black Cement is an excellent cold-vulcanizing universal adhesive, ideal for conveyor belt splicing, repairing and all types of rubber fabrication, above and underground. It offers exceptional initial and final bonding strength, even at low temperatures, and has an extremely long shelf life (up to four years). SC-2000 is used with UT-420 Hardener and #13 Cleaning Solvent.Available in pint (covers 15 sq. ft.), quart (30 sq. ft.), gallon (150 sq. ft.) and 55-gallon containers (8.700 sq. ft.).
