Imperial’s Nylo-Seal tube fittings have excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, dilute mineral acids, most organic acids, petroleum oils and greases and photographic solutions. They can be used for instrument, lubrication, air, hydrocarbon fuel, oil, coolant, low pressure hydraulic lines, laboratory, chemical and many other applications. The fittings are made as a three-piece all-thermoplastic assembly, with nuts and sleeves. The nut revolves around the sleeve as it is tightened, preventing torque from being transmitted to the tubing – this assures excellent sealing and complete reliability. These fittings are compatible with nylon (Nylo-Seal), polyallomer (Impolene) and polyethylene (Poly-Flo) tubing.
